Believe it or not I can't get my arm into this position comfortably yet. Flexibility and mobility of the shoulder are not just important for my smile pose but also gets me closer to getting cleared to wrestle. #startwithsmallgoals #buildup
This was at a national event a few years ago that I couldn't wrestling in. I never seem to be healthy for Nationals but trials my body always figures it out. I am bummed I won't be ready for the pushed up trial this year. #yearoff #nextyear
