They say physique is 80% diet and 20% exercise. So I thought I would start sharing the things I use to fuel my body. Probably shouldn’t start off by sharing a dessert but I’m doing it anyways.
I’m obsessed with churros and had amazing churro waffles with ice cream with weekend, ALL VEGAN 🌱, from @tocayaorganica and my mind was blown!! 100% recommend. I’m a healthy vegan 99.9% of the time but when you find things like this, how can you pass it up?
