Guess who's back on that prep life?😀 Officially started my bulk yesterday and meal prep today. Planning on bulking till March-ish or when I hit 160 lbs, whichever comes first. Weighed in yesterday at 137 lbs. Going to post my weight once a week every week to see how it progresses. Road to 160 lbs!

After April injury, I have been slowy back into gym, but focusing more on correct techniques.

Post-puberty. I've always struggled with body image. Although I've never been clinically diagnosed with ED, I can honestly tell u that I've tried so many forms of dif eating habits, it's not funny. HCLF, Paleo, Raw to 4, Vegan (although u could argue Veganism is bit dif, it goes beyond a 'diet'), the Asian diet, gluten free, refined sugar free, so on&so forth.

What stumbling across flexible eating approach& powerlifting has taught me are:
β– Rather than think of food in black/white (good vs bad, permanently out of boundaries vs good), I practice 80/20 approach.
β– Know how ur body type reacts to dif food groups. Understand the science on how quickly/slowly dif food groups break down. For me, this means all food groups can serve their purpose. #yaycarbs#

While I am not a certified nutritionist or a medical dr, if I may say anything, that would be:
β–  IF anyone reading this is feeling too intimidated to go to the weights rm. Or restricting any food group so u can be THIN. Or reducing your calories to a point of getting-cranky-as-flip-so-u-take-it-out-on-ur-loved-ones-around-u. 》Why not give lifting barbells a go. You might be surprised. β™‘ But make sure u ask someone solid for advice from the start.
