Exercise of the Week: Swiss Ball Resistance Band Dumbbell Squeeze Press: This exercise is a great way to blast your chest, when doing this exercise you can use resistance bands or without resistance bands , here you can see my client is doing the exercisewith resistance bands. The resistance bands add tension at the top of the movement we're usually the resistance is almost non-existent. As you are doing the exercise the key is to keep the dumbbells pressed together throughout the movement, this will really fire up your chest and get extra pump going. When doing the exercise use a slower count to raise a weight up and really have the resistance bands challenge you at the top of the movement. Also, you can add an eccentric part to the movement by slowly lowering the weight down. Note if you use a swiss ball be sure it is an ABS Ball. NOT ALL SWISS BALLS ARE BUILT THE SAME. Train smart.
