Hit my first WOD with full muscle ups tonight. I've done WODs in the past and always scaled numbers or only done them till I couldn't. Tonight I managed to hit them consistently and even struck a few together for doubles!! Progress everyday!!!! Thanks to @capitalcityathletics and @mattandersonbaron for programming such that I get to work on the weaknesses.

Tonight's comp class was a good test of endurance. Started with some nice snatches at 85% of a daily max, followed by a tasty WOD that finished with 15-12-9 dumbbell snatches and box jump overs!!!!! Thanks to @mattandersonbaron for kicking our asses again!
Seriously so excited finalllllly hit my back squat PR I’ve been chasing all of 2017. Went into it with expectations to just #movewell after my back injury and totally surprised myself.
