These weren't perfect and I was constantly worrying about rounding my back. So it's okay to drop the weight and work on technique, work on remaining tight and of course do what you can do painlessly. No point being in pain . It kind of negates the process. Goal is to perfect technique and lift heavy . You can't lift heavy without good technique.
