In PA to help out my parents. No gym this morning. Don't feel much like running. So Mr. Cowboy and I took a brisk 2 mile walk. It feels like my face is about to fall off but I'm glad I got out there and got some fresh air. #wycwyc

Ran a wet 8 miler yesterday. 3 miler tomorrow. Today is prep day! So many dishes to wash but it is worth it to have easy food all week. It's so nice to have that decision taken off my hands. .

The rep scheme is the classic 21-15-9 from CrossFit, which begins with 21 reps of each exercise (Thrusters, Plank Rows, Russian Twists) and then decreases the reps to 15 of each and then 9 reps of each. So, youโ€™ll perform:

21 Thrusters followed by 21 Plank Rows and 21 Russian Twists

After that, youโ€™ll immediately move on to 15 reps of Thursters, Plank Rows, and Russian Twists...

In the hardest days of my eating disorder and now on the hardest days of my anxiety (thankfully they are less and less!) I find myself saying why am I such a mess. Dan (great hubby if I do say so) reminds me that I'm not a mess...we are all a mess together...and in the midst of the huge mess that we are....we alongside HE is writing our message. Don't focus on the mess, focus on the message.

A little self-#gaitanalysis yesterday via #gopro showed me what I've been feeling. I definitely drive more with one leg, and when I get tired or lazy, I start over striding again. There's nothing wrong with always being a work in progress. (EDIT: I should add that I'm basing my analysis on an actual, professional analysis and the feedback I received at the time. Since then I've been working on form, doing PT, had a baby, so thugs have changed.
