If you’re on a weight loss plan don’t expect it to be 100% smooth. There will be blips on the way. Make sure you allow the blip to pass and then get back on it again. Consistency over time is the key.

Guess what❓I haven’t always been in shape or felt happy with my body! And this is exactly why I now do what I do! -

When I was younger I struggled with my weight. I finished uni 11 years ago (showing my age now 😂) and after 4 years of not exercising, drinking heavily and not focusing on nutrition at all I was overweight, unfit and unhappy. -

I then did something really silly - I pretty much starved myself and did loads of cardio to get my weight down. I became obsessive and controlling about food. Swipe to see the next picture! -

I lost 2 stone 7lb pretty rapidly but I felt rubbish and was still unhappy! My weight was just 6 stone 9 and I still thought I was fat! I was controlling how I looked as I felt so out of control over certain situations in my personal life. -

It wasn’t really until 4 years ago when I started to seriously change my nutrition and training round properly and focus on my mindset to get to where I am today. I am now only around half a stone heavier than I was at my lowest, but I have much more muscle and shape and my mind is 100% in a content place. As a result I am now able to pass my knowledge and experience to my clients to bring positive change into their lives too! -

My client @itsvickybrackley is a long haul flight assistant who wanted to train in preparation for her honeymoon trekking in the Himalayas.
