So I've been not feeling great and had a pretty rough week last week. I woke up determined to have a better week. I did my meditation and my mind kept wandering. I did my workout but due to still not feeling good, I could barely do it and struggled the whole way through.
But you know what? I'm choosing to not be upset with myself. Instead I'm going to be proud for still showing up. In life there are tons of ups and downs. Sometimes we feel great, other times we feel like we don't want to leave our bed. It's okay. Do what you can and faith that things will get better.
