Breakfast=4sp: Apple and cinnamon baked oats (3sp for 30g oats, 1sp for 1/2tsp honey) served with fat free Greek yogurt & a cuppa. Made the oats last night and was going to take them to work to have cold but seeing as I was wide awake at 5am I thought I may as well have them warmed up instead. It's lovely! My third really good batch of baked oats & I think I'm going to start making them on a Sunday in cupcake form for breakfast at work. Happy Humpday everyone! X
