#brunch !! This baller frittata is only 2sp per serving and has all the vegetables. There are peppers, onions, mushrooms, roasted asparagus, artichokes, and tomatoes. I used liquid egg substitute with a little nonfat Greek yogurt to make the frittata fluffy and some RF feta for my cheese fix. I had my first son in 2005 when I was 21 years old. I gained 50 pounds during that pregnancy. I only lost 20 pounds when I had him. I maintained the rest of the weight for a year then I decided to start watching was I was eating and lost the other 30 pounds.

In 2016 I started to go to the gym and I joined Weight Watchers. I lost 30 pounds. Then in January of 2017, I found out that I was expecting my second son at 33 years old. With my second son I gained 60 pounds. Every time I tried to eat healthy my son rejected it and I got sick. I was nauseous even when I ate poorly and took medication for it.

Due to water retention I weighed more post op then I did before Leo was born. On 09/10 I weighed 220.2 pounds. I joined WW again and started to track. By the way, let me say how thankful I am for a program that allows me to lose weight while breastfeeding.
My son was born a little over 10 weeks ago and I am proud to say that I have lost 38.7 pounds!! I have accomplished this by watching what I eat. Since I had a c-section the recovery was a little longer therefore I have not gotten into an exercise routine, but I plan to start one in January, if not sooner.

Has this process been easy? No! I was so discouraged that I had just worked so incredibly hard to lose 30 pounds in 2016 and be just 13 pounds away from my goal weight and now I was pregnant. You are correct in thinking that my husband and I did not plan this pregnancy, but we wouldn't trade Leo for anything.
I turned my discouragement into encouragement-if I could work hard and lose 30 pounds once I am capable of doing it again, except this time I will not stop at 30 pounds-my new goal is 75 pounds. I am halfway there in just 10 weeks!
