Breakfast for 6sp and so delicious! English muffin (3sp), 2 slices centercut bacon (1sp), 1/2 serving red. fat cheddar (2sp) and an egg! Plus coffee with a splash of unsweetened almond milk in my #raedunn mug. My leader really encouraged me to think about my why at my meeting on Thursday, and my wedding is a huge part of that. Yes I want to look beautiful on that day, but it’s also the start of a new chapter of my life. I want to enter that chapter as the healthiest version of myself. Just a little reminder of why I’m doing this today to keep me strong since yesterday I faced some struggles 👍

Accountability post!

I obviously struggled this past week and didn’t plan well. There was way too much take out rather than cooking at home and I skipped breakfast a few times, which then leased to me hangry and eating everything in sight 🙄

I’ve planned out my menu for the week. I’ll be seeing @justintimberlake on Tuesday night, so I’m sure I’ll use a few weeklies for some adult beverages 💃🏻 This weeks menu:

Slap Dash Moms Taco Casserole.

I obviously love @theskinnyishdish recipes 🤣 I did a a lot of panning, grocery shopped last night, and have the lasagna on. I also let Tommy pick out a few of the meals after making a list of things that I thought he’d like!

You guys. I hate to double post on you, but I HAVE to share this pumpkin french toast with you 🎃🇫🇷🍞 It’s a game changer. Original recipe from @twopeasandpod, I just “lightened” it a touch.

Using the ww recipe builder it’s 6sp for 1 serving (4! slices! 😱)

Using the mfp recipe builder it’s 292 cals, 40.7g carbs, 8.4g fat, 18.4g protein for 1 serving

My plate came out to be 4sp for the french toast, and 1sp for the sugar free maple syrup (of which I used way too much) so, 5sp (239 cals) for the plate and I am STUFFED.

Note: didn’t drink the coffee, I’m just not in the mood, believe it or not. Saved this creamer junkie 6sp and 105 cals though 🙈

Don’t be fooled by the green salad.... @starbucks are notorious for the smoke and mirror affect of making you believe their food is healthy. I am also taking responsibility because I could have gone somewhere else. This salad is 12sp and after a weekend of over indulgence I feel super guilty for picking this. Another lesson learnt today but a hole filled 😂. •
