Here's my go to mid morning/ breakfast keeps me fuller for longer. (It's another take on the banana pancakes)
1 banana🍌, 2 eggs🥚, 1 tablespoon of flour 🥄(2sp) And cinnamon.
Whizz up the banana,eggs and flour in a bowl with your stick blender. Dust the top with cinnamon and cook in the microwave on high for 2.30mins.
I've also added peanut butter, sliced apple etc change it to whatever you fancy!
