From wearing drapey, loose fitting tops because I felt like I had to hide parts of me, to wearing a similar style because it went with a groovy outfit.
I don’t feel the need to hide anymore. The recent exploration in my style, figuring out what I like to wear and what I’m confident and comfortable in, and feeling strong in my own skin is the best feeling I’ve been experiencing as of late. I’m healthy, and happy—sure—but being comfortable and confident is the next step. And I’m loving it.

I really wanted to eat this whole pint for dinner, but it wasn’t in my point range, so I scooped out a half of a cup for dessert (4) and you guys—this is probably the best dairy free flavor BY FAR that I’ve tried. Don’t get me wrong, the other flavors are also very tasty, but there’s just something about this one. It feels like an indulgence. I’m already planning a weekend sundae with strawberries and some coconut whipped cream and maybe find some dairy free chocolate chips and melt them for a yummy drizzle.... Thanks for being awesome @halotopcreamery. ~ ~ ~ ~ Dinner was a big bowl of homemade zoodles with sauce and 2.5 oz of @uptonsnaturals chorizo style seitan for 6 sp. I made enough so I have leftovers for lunch tomorrow and I’m really excited. I finished off the day at 29/28 after my dessert treat. And now, to get a good nights sleep. I’m back in the office tomorrow for the first time in almost 2 weeks. It’s ok, though! It’ll be the weekend before we know it, right?
