Finally tried #twoingredientdough and I’m so happy I did! Kind of wung it and made a breakfast quiche type thing 😂 It was amazing!!!
💥 1/2 cup self-rising flour
💥 1/2 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt
👆 Together those are 5sp
💥 1 egg (0sp)
💥 1 oz Trader Joe’s lite mozzarella cheese (1sp)
💥 1 Butterball turkey sausage patty (1sp)
💥 spinach (0sp)
1. Preheat oven to 425.
Combine flour and Greek yogurt in a bowl with a fork.
2. (You should probably knead the dough for 2-3 minutes but tbh I just kinda kneaded it with the fork in the bowl hahaha)
3. Put dough on parchment paper lined pan. Spray the parchment paper with spray (I used coconut oil spray from Trader Joe’s)
4. Push down the center of the dough to make the sides higher than the middle. (Other recipes say to brush dough with egg wash now but I didn’t and it was fine)
5. Add cheese, turkey sausage, spinach and whisked egg.
Bake for around 20 minutes or until it’s golden brown! (I didn’t pay attention to how long I baked it for, sorry lol)
7sp total! 😋❤️
