Hey, it’s me again. Yeah, three posts on a Saturday. Sorry, not sorry. I usually don’t post indulgent foods on my page, but Saturday splurges are one of the most important parts of my journey. Saturday is the day that I eat the points heavy things I’ve craved throughout the week. Saturdays motivate me and keep me centered through the week. I deserve my Saturday splurges. So, here ya go. S’mores— in all of their gooey, chocolaty glory! This is the perfect way to start off fall. I mean my Tennessee Vols are clearly not going to make me happy, but feeding my urge to splurge will! Trying out these banana muffins from @sixsistersstuff! I’m leaving on vacation and I have a bunch of mushy bananas that need to be used up. I hate wasting food! I will be using sugar free yellow cake mix instead. 💫 Banana Muffins 2sp each .

Saturday’s are for grilling!! I know that leaner cuts of steak are fewer calories but the flavor doesn’t compare to a Ribeye. ⭐️5oz of Ribeye for 8SP

⭐️cucumber salad 0SP

Weight in with a 3.4lb loss today; bringing my total over 45lbs and to a number I haven’t seen in a LONG time! I was so excited! I high fived my preschooler when we left weigh in today! 😂🙏🏻

I achieved my first goal I set in the app and loved the little “celebration” I received from @weightwatchers 🎉 Now to see the next goal! 👊🏻

I was 100% not on track today, but I had fully prepared for it! We spent the day with my husband, who has been away for work for the last few weeks and still has 2 more weeks left being away! I drove the kids almost 4 hours to meet him in the middle and spend the day together. Every point I ate was well worth it! We had the best day! 😍

Giant taco salad with ground beef, black beans, corn, avocado, 4 chips crumbled, salsa, greek yogurt, light ranch. All for 9 pts. Would be 6 if using turkey. But sometimes I just love BEEF! I could eat this every night!

Tonight, we unexpectedly went out to dinner with some friends and let me tell you, it was SO hard to not eat all the chips and queso that everyone ordered as an appetizer. But I got a Greek salad for my meal, estimating at around 11sp. 4 for the dressing, 4 for the pita it came with, and 3 for feta, and the rest was all veggies! Ending the day with a point to spare and still on track after eating out twice is something I couldn’t even imagine before. I’m already feeling so successful on this program 💜

This just happened. Did a upper body workout on YouTube with @fitnessblender in the kitchen while waiting for dinner to cook. I’m all about time saving! Lol

Mmm...this warmed my tummy! 😋 This is my bean with bacon soup. ❤️ It’s only 3 points per serving for the bacon and some olive oil (I drain the bacon fat). I had a delicious, crispy piece of Texas toast with it for a total of 8️⃣ #smartpoints 🥣

Today ended up being a total cheat day. It started when I ate an oatmeal cream pie without tracking first. 14 SP!!!! Not worth it. Tomorrow is a fresh day and I have goals! Having taken a week off from tracking I honestly feel bloated and like I overate and just not feeling too good. I actually really want to go back on track ASAP. I think that it was needed to just freestyle my way through every day life for my bday week but I’m ready to go back (excited to go back) to tracking and being on it as it feels much better. This was the refresh I needed. It feels good when food isn’t negatively effecting how you feel.
