I started the #couchto5k app tonight. I really didn’t want to when I got home from work, it was dark and raining but I did it anyway. I only burnt 127 calories (quite disappointed) but I am doing this to improve my overall fitness.

Breakfast was an on plan carrot cake porridge but i lost a big chunk of it because i let it boil over. 🤦🏾‍♀️Knocking a point off for it hehe.

Cajun chicken, spicy rice, corn and broccli. I phoned the boy on his way home and said dinner wasn't looking too hot but it was yum!!!

Thai Green Chicken Curry for dinner. I used the recipe from the WW App but my Blue Dragon Light Coconut Milk was 16SP per can (as opposed to Amoy for 22SP!) and my Lidl Batts Thai Green Curry Paste was 60g for 2SP which was more than enough. I got 4 portions out of it for 5SP each. I’ve got some Cauli Rice on the side too: flavoured with Parsley, Garlic and Onion (powdered) before steaming in the microwave x
