So it's a fakeaway for me tonight (which makes a change) This is the third week in a row I haven't ordered a takeaway. I would get to the weekend and instantly think that it was takeaway time and that it was time to reward myself with a big filling treat or to fill an empty gap that was more than my stomach... I don't need a takeaway because it's the weekend. I don't need to reward myself with a takeaway because I've made it through the week. I don't need to order a takeaway to make myself feel better when I am down. Self care could be eating a takeaway but it could also be looking beyond the takeaway itself and asking yourself why you are ordering it. ‚ú®#wwuk #wwchat #weightwatchers #dinner

My first ever two piece and I decided I should wear it on a beach in hondurasūüėć I took this suit on and off 3 times before I said screw it. I received so many compliments on the boat and the beach about my suit and it was so empowering not to worry about it! I bust my ass at the gym 4-5x a week and eat well most of the time and although it's not where I want to be, I'm happy with the direction that I am goingūüí™ūüŹľ I can't wait until summer so I can wear it again.

P.S- Honduras was my favorite part of the cruise‚̧ԳŹ
