Went to go see my family doctor today and had to go for an ECG right after. I don’t mind, it’s the easiest test ever in my opinion. My tachycardia has been somewhat better in the last few years being in the 140’s or lower even when walking around but a few weeks ago I flared, big time. I’m now reaching 150 to 180 from walking just like when the tachycardia first started. Today I showed the nurse how I could go from 134 after sitting down for maybe a minute to 168 walking down the hall. She seemed shocked. She had this dazed wtf look on her face, I’m not kidding, it was kind of funny. So my doctor comes in and is thankfully concerned. So many doctors were not all that concerned with my heart rate before, they’d just brush it off when all the tests came back fine except for a fast heart rate. I’m not incredibly concerned either but I’d like to know what’s going on because it’s exhausting walking around with my heart going so fast, I feel out of breath and kind of shaky and just off, I also get pretty bad chest pain. So I was sent for the ECG and I’m waiting for a call to set up a halter monitor. One weird thing though is that my blood pressure was good! Not even on the low side, yet I still felt kind of dizzy and would see black when I stood. I don’t know what’s going on with my body right now, everything is going crazy. I’m also trying a new anti-histamine that just came on the market thats apparently really great. Maybe that will stop my random allergic reactions because the one I’m on now is not enough.
I’m also going to be using medical marijuana to help with my anxiety and nausea, nothing else is really helping so it’s time to try this.
Sorry this is so long, it’s been a while since I’ve updated anything. Nothing had been really happening and now all at once I’m trying new things and seeing doctors again. It was like I was in limbo because while I felt like crap it was nothing new, the doctors already knew everything that was going on and had nothing else to help me while I wait for referrals. So now I’ve had new/old things happening and it’s time to get back to testing!
