A friend wanted to know what to do about split ends. Do you wonder how to grow your hair and keep it healthy? Then these tips are for YOU!
1. If you have virgin hair, meaning hair free of chemical services, then try adding a moisturizing conditioning treatment once a week. Don't skimp, buy Professional Products if you desire Professional results.
2. Avoid heat!!! If blow drying and hot tools are a must for you, then it is very important for you to use a Professional Heat Protectant. Try to use heat as little as possible.
3. I know you don't want to hear it, but split ends will continue to split until trimmed. Try to get a haircut AT LEAST every 8-10 weeks if you are trying to grow your hair out.
4. If you have chemically treated hair, then it is advised that you ask your stylist for the best products to use to keep your hair healthy. Strengthening treatments may be required, but not always. Mainly with blondes, and folks that use hot tools alot.
If you have any questions or if you think I left something out, leave it in the comment section :-) Much love
