All I really wanted was to be curvier (have a nicer, fully lower body), but I didn't know what exactly I should be doing in order to gain mass in the areas I wanted. I would go to the gym and be confused πŸ€”. High reps or low reps? Cardio or no cardio?

And I was even more confused when it came to food 🍴 How much protein did I need in a day to build muscle? What about carbs? Are they bad?? How many did I need? Should I carb cycle? Was my metabolism healthy?! It was all SOOOO complicated and I felt lost 😩 plus, and I want to figure out was how do you get thicker in the legs & booty and keep the waist slim ⏳

People always ask if my videos are freestyle or choreographed--- they're both . I'll freestyle until I come up with a combo I'm really into. If I don't execute the combo well enough for my videos, I'll try again to get it Instagram perfect πŸ˜› I couldn't quite get it with this sequence so I pieced together two videos for you. I love the chin break to scorpion pass but liked it better when I turned to show it from the side. But I liked the step through from the first video better since it was on a flat plane to the audience instead of from the side. I liked when I stepped out of the hoop with my foot on one beat instead of waiting to spin it around my knees and then lifting my leg out. I also liked the under leg coin flip better when it lands in a wedgie instead of catching it with my hand. I'm sure this makes absolutely no sense to most people reading , but that's how my hoop brain works when it comes to curating an Instagram page πŸ˜›πŸ’•

And yes! When building a booty squats is money! BUT what is even more money is proper form... Many do squats and end up building a big ash piece of quads instead of actually building that booty. Below are things to think about:
.
1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and your toes pointed slightly outward.
2. Bend your knees and lower your hips as though sitting down.
3. Lower your hips as far as you can, Keep the shin vertical, knees aligned vertically above feet.
4. Contract your abdominal muscles, pushing your weight down into your heels. Push straight back up, lifting your hips up and forward. Don't curve your spine.

CIRCUIT DEETS: Grab a pair of medium weight dumbells, I'm using 20s in the vid. Complete :45 second of each movement and hit a :30 second cardio burst of your choice in between (I rotated between med slams and slider climbers in between each :45 second set). Once you complete all 5 movements, complete two :30 second rounds of sit-ups for time. Do your best to beat your first number the second time around. After that, work your way back the workout, :45 seconds of each movement with your :30 cardio burst in between sets. Finish with two final final rounds of of sit-ups for time again shooting to beat your first number each set! Comment below with any questions, athletes! πŸ‘‡πŸ½
