Invest in your mind! Take the time to think of what you're grateful for the moment you wake up, before touching your phone! I'm trying to start a morning routine that I give my gratitude before reaching for my phone. Stretch/workout for at least 20 min. Journal what I'm grateful for/how I want my day to be. & before bed I journal about my day and I ask the universe to bless me and to let go of things/thoughts that do not serve me. We have so much clutter that adds up throughout the day, the best thing to do is flush it all out to help you live in the present & to not dwell. I suggest listening to audiobooks & podcasts.
