Physical activity has hundreds of studies proving to help enhance our overall well being.
For myself I've always been physically active and fit, I have my highs and lows and the "gym" has been my outlet for the past 5 years it's seen the best of me and the worst.
For me nothing feels better than a good run, lifting heavy weights and blasting my favourite music in my ears when I'm feeling down or stressed.
