It’s been a tough year at times in & out of the gym but I do believe that if you’re willing to put in the hours needed & if you look after your body you can achieve great things.I don’t step back onto the platform until March 2018 & I’ll also be competing in the ABPU British Finals @bodypowerexpo in May, The AWPC European Championship in France in June & The AWPC World Championships in UK in August.A massive shoutout must go to my coach @harryranson who keeps me strong, lean & motivated year round by looking after my Training & Nutrition.
