I was wondering why my tomato plants looked so scares and there was big chunks out of some of the green tomatoes. I looked a little closer to see a giant tomato worm. I find these worms quite colorful an interesting. They haven't scale-like covering type of skin. When you run your finger down from head to rear they feel smooth and if you run your finger from rear to head you can feel little scales little bumps. Take a look at the interesting design on the sides of the worm. They look almost like they have little eyes all along the side. I set this little guy on a terracotta pot so you could see him better against the red terracotta. When he was on the tomato plant he almost disappeared. They're very difficult to see on the tomato plant as they are the same color as the plant.
