This week, the focus of the studio is Vijnanamaya kosha - the wisdom body.
This kosha is your awareness and intuition, where you are less focused on your thoughts and instead become acutely aware of what you are doing and thinking. The first three koshas prepare us for Vijnanamaya by quieting our busy minds and allowing us to generate complete awareness of our beings.
In practice this week, become aware of those moments where your thoughts are quietened and you simply feel each pose. Feel everything, right down to your bones, and truly embody each movement as you flow. You will discover an elevated, embodied and more present practice.
