Day 123: As a bodybuilder I think one thing to always think about is my goal. I go through many stages with my goals but I know that I have to stick with it and focus on that goal. Right now I am bulking so there are a lot of things I have to keep in mind such as how and what I eat, how I train, and even how to rest properly. What I do isn’t perfect and I’m still learning but I have been in a position like many others where I want to bulk but I also want to cut which hardly ever works. I have learned that I have to really choose one or the other to make real progress. So my advice is figure out the goal and stick to it. I haven’t been as strict as I should be on what I eat but I kept my goal in mind by keeping my body fueled and somehow staying somewhat lean. Today I’m am starting the cleaner bulk and even though I forgot my meals at home @wholesomepackage had my back so I didn’t stray from my plan to change things up. Also adding the very light cardio just to keep the legs working.
