Reasons # 572381, 572382, and 572383 I love working out from home.
1️⃣I overslept and did NOT feel like working out today. If I relied on the gym to be where my workout was, I would have skipped. Not to mention I wouldn't have had time to drive there and back in addition to the workout.
2️⃣I have a personal trainer whose schedule is whatever mine is. She is bubbly, smiley, and positive. She gives me pep talks every time during my cool down to remind me I made the right decision to exercise.
3️⃣I get to wear my hair like this and go 100% make-up free.
