Over the last almost two years I’ve broke and built. Created and failed. BUT I KEPT MOVING. I don’t know a lot about everything, but what I do know is I’ve found a passion in moving. Moving my body, feeling the air in my lungs, feeling my body hurt and convincing my mind to keep going. Moving and seeing what I’m capable of. Through jumping, running, lifting, MOVING I’ve found a different love for life. An excitement, a joy, an escape, a release. I’ve found myself falling in love with 5Ks, half marathons, lifting, the gym and most importantly myself. JOIN ME AND JUST MOVE. Better yourself. Better your health. Better your life. This isn’t about lifting the most weight or running a world record race (unless that’s what your goals are). This is about the journey, overcoming mentally and physically, finding what suits you best, meeting your own personal goals, and adding life to your years.
Just move. It doesn’t matter what you do. Just do something. Something that makes you excited to get up in the morning. Something active. You never know what you’re capable of, what new passion you’ll find, or what incredible thing is right around the corner. If not now, when?
