#workoutwithme Swipe ⬅️ for the videos! Today I wanted to share a quick #HIIT that requires no weights, no gym, just you. Perfect for beginners or those who want a short burst of effective movement. This mainly engages your core and legs (quads & hamstrings). Try to do 4 sets:
1️⃣ Lunge-squats: lunge forward with one leg, hitting your other knee to the ground; then bring back the forward leg and transition into a squat. Repeat, alternating legs for 30 seconds
2️⃣ High-knees: put your arms out straight and jump up with your toes pointed down, trying to reach your hands. Do this for 10 seconds
