Here’s a workout routine.
Warm up:
- 30mins cardio (I chose bike)
Then as many set as you can in 15 mins:
- Handstand 20 seconds
- 10 sit ups (exercise ball for added difficulty and stability work)
- 8 push ups.
Ab finish - 3 sets:
- 8 hanging pike
- 4 hanging around the worlds (4 circles both ways)
- 4 hanging sit up ( 10 reps if regular sit up)
Stretch at the end of your work out. Let me know how it goes 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼.

LIIFT4 Week 4 is almost done! And it feels amazing! Can wait to measure and weigh in (even though I don’t really care about the number on the scale) at the half way point on Saturday 💪🏼😆I feel the changes in my mind, heart and soul already. Now to see what is going on with my body 😂 .

O M G 💚 Y O U 💛 G U Y S 💙 2018 has been one heck of a year of accomplishment for me and I gotta say, I'm proud of me. No matter how slow I go, when I have a goal, I get to it. Finally, after so many months of studying, practising and sort of delaying (because life got hectic), I've become a Certified Personal Trainer through @canfitpro . Fitness has changed my life, saved me in so many ways, and continues to be one of the best things I ever started investing my time into. So many failures, injuries and successes along the way have only made me more resilient & passionate about this whole health & fitness thing. The best part is that it's something I'm dedicating my life to, so I can promise ya'll I'll still be doing my ab circuits and booty building til I'm 90 🍎

Here are three must have core exercises for your next ab workout using a stability ball.
1. Pike ups
2. Knee tucks
3. Reverse oblique crunch
Try 15 reps of each exercise for 3-5 rounds and your core will be sore in a good way. *Make sure your back remains flat and neutral in the starting position. Engage your core and squeeze those abdominal muscles.

Stay active. That’s it. Just stay active. Find something that sets your soul on fire and do it. Run. Jump. Lift. Skip. JUST MOVE. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Over the last almost two years I’ve broke and built. Created and failed. BUT I KEPT MOVING. I don’t know a lot about everything, but what I do know is I’ve found a passion in moving. Moving my body, feeling the air in my lungs, feeling my body hurt and convincing my mind to keep going. Moving and seeing what I’m capable of. Through jumping, running, lifting, MOVING I’ve found a different love for life. An excitement, a joy, an escape, a release. I’ve found myself falling in love with 5Ks, half marathons, lifting, the gym and most importantly myself. JOIN ME AND JUST MOVE. Better yourself. Better your health. Better your life. This isn’t about lifting the most weight or running a world record race (unless that’s what your goals are). This is about the journey, overcoming mentally and physically, finding what suits you best, meeting your own personal goals, and adding life to your years.

Just move. It doesn’t matter what you do. Just do something. Something that makes you excited to get up in the morning. Something active. You never know what you’re capable of, what new passion you’ll find, or what incredible thing is right around the corner. If not now, when?
