Working out can be the BEST stress reliever 💪🏼BUT..... unless you MAKE it HAPPEN.... thinking about how you missed IT will only bring MORE STRESS! 🙌🏼 Truth be told- THIS has been a TOUGH week, As a teacher and mother- I have REAL concerns about our safety. My mom has been ill....I can go on and on.... but I know missing my workouts only stresses me MORE!!! So I made it happen because I need it and because I set the example for my clients who struggle with this! Do yourself a favor and don’t overthink it! Make it happen today!! You’ll be so glad you did! 💯
Sunday’s are my SELF CARE day.☀️First....it’s meal prepping for the week. 🥗 Second.... I usually throw on a face mask to get my skin scrubbed and buffed so it’s looking it’s best. 💁🏻♀️Third.... I practice some yoga since it’s my rest day from working out- I need the stretch. 🧘🏻♀️From there- I read 📚or listen to some of my favorite podcasts, maybe listen to some music. . Sunday’s are the day I refresh and renew ME. I never apologize or feel guilty. It is vital. What do you do to take care of you? Tag a bff who needs some self care! And while you’re at it- let me know what you do to preserve YOU! ❤️
