Here we have ski abs!!!! Start from the bottom-
Feet are in line with your hips, knees slightly bent at all times, core is engaged, shoulders are rolled back, chest is up- you are proud!!! Hinge at the hips, bend your knees, lower and bring your arms back, power from the bottom and lift off the ground moving left and right.
Remember to land soft!! 😘. Giver for at least 30- 40sec, rest and repeat
