Equipment is necessary ☝🏼 Method:
1. Flutter kicks 1 minute
2. Oblique plank twists 30 second each side
3. Cocoons 1 minute
4. Toe touches 1 minute
5. Crunches 1 minute
Each exercise should be performed for 1 minute with no rests between exercise. You will be performing 4 rounds with 40 seconds rest per round.
This is a fantastic finisher after a weight training session, or even on your off days this would be great!

Deadlifts on the worlds slipperiest noodle bar with @bandwagonlifter moved really easy despite the slipperiness and having to put down super gently! Paused deads moved smoothly too which was nice!

Første træning i en uge her på Kreta 🌴☀️🇬🇷💦eftersom der ikke er andre gyms udover det nabohotellet har, som jeg var heldig at måtte bruge. Det resulterede i en 3 timers full body workout bestående af 80 set fordelt ud på hele kroppen undtagen skulder, da jeg igen er skadet, med betændelse i mim bursa i venstre skulder. 👎🏽
Min tlf gik ud under træningen så jeg nåede ikke at få det hele filmet. Filmen er vidst i 1.4x hastighed for at det hele kunne komme med 🤗

Drive Through Your Heels
It's essential that you're driving through your heels when leg pressing rather than around your toes. Doing this will help keep the weight transfer directly through your thighs and hamstrings as you go deeper on the rep. It also reduces the tension within your knees. .
Watch Your Lower Back
So many people I see rounding their lower back as they leg press, and then end up coming up out of the seat because of this. You need to make sure your backside remains planted, you don't lean too far forward and that you keep looking upwards. This will help prevent your lower back from rounding and improve the effectiveness of the exercise as well as reduce the risk.
