I eat meat, because I have a lot of allergies since a child, which I’ve only recently discovered, aka allergy against milk, wheat, some veggies, some nuts and eggs.
I have abandoned my allergies for decades (2 😂) and this has affected my skin, mood and metabolism dramatically, hence before me starting a ZC diet I had to undergo an Accutane 💊treatment.
Since I removed veggies and Frye it’s (fiber & sugar) from my diet I feel so much better- focus, mood, energy & muscle development have definitely improved- despite me being on one of the harshest treatments ever created.

What can be better than a hardcore back workout on a Sunday, when all the rest are relaxing in Cafe or watching TV at home. Me and Max can't imagine our lives without the workout, without powerful energy, sore muscles and full, but pleasant exhaustion after. Max is the only person I know who can share with me demolishing trainings and love to lay on the ground fully destroyed after several severe supersets or CrossFit workouts, trying to remember his name. Hahaha😂
