Mi chiedete sempre se lo stretching è così importante durante una seduta di allenamento 🏋️‍♂️ la risposta è sicuramente SI ✅ è fondamentale, soprattutto per l’IPERTROFIA!
Vi spiego i benefici:
A livello muscolo-scheletrico, lo stretching aumenta la flessibilità e l'elasticità dei muscoli e dei tendini, con un miglioramento globale della capacità di movimento.
Inoltre è un'ottima forma di prevenzione delle contratture muscolari, in alcuni casi diminuisce la sensazione di fatica e può prevenire traumi muscolari e articolari.

Anche i benefici sulle articolazioni sono notevoli: consente infatti di migliorare l’elasticità dei muscoli e stimolare la "lubrificazione" articolare, contribuendo all’attenuazione delle malattie degenerative come l'artrosi.
Di fatto mantiene "giovani" le articolazioni, rallentando la calcificazione del tessuto connettivo.

Gli esercizi di allungamento aiutano anche a diminuire la pressione arteriosa favorendo la circolazione, favoriscono il rilassamento riducendo lo stress fisico e migliorano la coordinazione dei movimenti.

Me revoilou... Après quelques petits soucis perso et une mauvaise nouvelle sur ma santé me revoilà.
Grave ou pas grave on s'en fou c'est la et faut que j'avance. Alors non je ne reviens pas encore plus motivé, ça serait vous mentir et surtout me mentir. Mais je vais me reprendre car je vous cache pas que le p'tit dej et compagnie c'était du grand n'importe quoi, je n'avais plus envie de rien. .

La minute calimero est fini maintenant on reprend le p'tit dej comme je les aimes, sans oublié les fruits et légumes.... d'ailleurs j'ai encore rapporté de magnifique légumes bio du travail (potimarron, betternut, brocolis, poireaux, carottes, navets, oignons, citrouilles, patates douces, patates et .... c'est tout 😁😍) .

TIGHT AB TUESDAY (Home AB workout) | See what I did there? Yeah I’m scrapping the barrel for a clever title to lure you into this post - hopefully it worked. I think it’s important to clear some things up about the abs because there seems to be an obsession with them in our society (further perpetuated by my posting of them). Scroll to the bottom of this caption if you want a breakdown of the sets and reps - read on if you have an attention span unaffected by social media.
Earlier this year I hosted one of my favourite talks to date on Abs (and how their shape and definition can be down to Genetics), along with why I think that it’s more important to focus on stronger glutes, than trying to attain a ‘6-Pack’. The size of your muscle bellies along with the length of the tendons within the ab area will determine the shape and visibility of your abs. This explains why some people barely need to exercise at all to have visible lines down their stomach.
Another thing that’s important to remember is that you can have a banging six pack but a weak core (it’s very rare that you’ll have perky glutes that are weak). So just because your favourite fitspo has abs, does not mean that they have a well functioning transverse abdominus (the deepest layer of your abskis - kind of like a corset). So I’m sharing this cheeky ab sequence in the hopes that yes you will feel inspired to train your abs, but that you won’t overly focus your precious exercise time on getting a 6 pack - and rather work towards a tighter core and perkier and stronger butt - because it’s important and it WILL PROTECT YO’ NECK AND BACK AND KNEES.
Swipe for individual exercises - Try each exercise for 20-30 reps, resting between 30-45 seconds between each exercise. Repeat for 3 sets.

Push day! 💪 I’ll admit it, these upper body days are growing on me. They definitely don’t compare to my love 💛 for glutes and legs, but anything is better than cardio 🤣. I’m working on form, technique, and trying new exercises (Thanks to my videographer/spotter/limit pusher/form checker/hype man @wilberscavacini) I usually try to start with bench press and then just go from there. No set plan. I’m working 60 hrs this week so I’m definitely short on time ⏰ and sleep 💤 . This was a quick but good one. 👊
