Stretch 💪

Full body finisher ! Listen up I encourage everyone to finish a workout with some high impact movements. Honestly it's like the cherry on top of a saucy sundae 🍨

WARNING: the first exercise takes up a lot of concentration and tricking brain power 😂

Method:
1. Ball up- down- left- down- right-down REPEAT 12 times
2. Jumping squats into a ball slam 12 reps
3. Side donkey kicks 20 each leg
REPEAT TWICE !

Rear delts are super hard for me to isolate w/o using my back. But I watched @taychayy video she posted recently and it really helped me today. It was the first time I actually felt these face pulls only in my delts! Zoned everything out and focused💪🏼 slowed down my movement and made that mind muscle connection

I have my workouts planned for this week :) I probably won't go exactly by this. Its important to listen to your body and what it needs. Knowing good pain from bad pain is the way to avoid injury! ☺

Approaching summer time means tastier fruit 😍👅 my fruit salads for this week, complete with mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. Only thing I'm missing are peaches! 😍🍑 I am a strong believer in the more you eat healthy, the more your body craves healthy food. When I first started eating healthier, I craved chips and hamburgers and chipotle sooooo bad. Every second of every day I was thinking about junk food. Gradually (and pretty quickly, I must say!) my body started to crave spinach, fruit, cucumbers.
Keep eating healthy. Even if you have setbacks where you binge in unhealthy food, keep persevering and eating healthy food. Eventually your body will start to crave it, I promise!
That's not to say I don't have the occasional desire for junk food. I do, and I allow myself to eat it when I please. However, this happens much less frequently as it used to before I started eating healthier!
