Approaching summer time means tastier fruit 😍👅 my fruit salads for this week, complete with mangoes, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi. Only thing I'm missing are peaches! 😍🍑 I am a strong believer in the more you eat healthy, the more your body craves healthy food. When I first started eating healthier, I craved chips and hamburgers and chipotle sooooo bad. Every second of every day I was thinking about junk food. Gradually (and pretty quickly, I must say!) my body started to crave spinach, fruit, cucumbers.
Keep eating healthy. Even if you have setbacks where you binge in unhealthy food, keep persevering and eating healthy food. Eventually your body will start to crave it, I promise!
That's not to say I don't have the occasional desire for junk food. I do, and I allow myself to eat it when I please. However, this happens much less frequently as it used to before I started eating healthier!
