Today I want to highlight these two ladies. I feel like everyone on Instagram is having an emotional ass day today. Myself included I was crying in my stories 😂 these are two ladies that I actually don't know very well just started following then it haven't really communicated much but... Look at their stories every single day because I'm genuinely inspired by them. These are my two probably most motivating Fitness people. @notjustaprettyface_blog has documented from her surgery on to running marathons and her daily running fitness routines. And then @nikmann86 post her daily workouts as well and I always say I'm going to do them and I never do. When did you start working out? At Age 40
Why do you workout/what motivates you to work out? Once I started to see results & feel healthier, I was hooked to working out!! How often do you workout? I try to consistently workout 5 days a week.
What's your favorite workout? I love Leg days at Pro...Deadlifts are a favorite of mine!
How do you find time to workout? Ha! A LOT of scheduling & Rescheduling goes on, unfortunately my schedule at work can be very unpredictable & my daughter’s schedule & needs are unpredictable as well.
Biggest fear you had about training before you started? Lol!! That I wouldn’t be able to do it!!! What's your favorite thing about exercising regularly? It has become my “ME” time..it is the only time of day that I am more pensive and focused. It relieves my stress & gives me confidence to take on new endeavors because of how challenging it is for me.

Favorite Pre Workout meal? A protein bar!
Favorite Post Workout meal? Turkey ground beef & avocado!
Do you follow a strict diet? I follow my meal plan Monday through Friday & I allow only one cheat meal on Fridays & Saturdays
Favorite cheat meal? Anything from the Dessert menu!! Why do you enjoy training with Workoutkings?
They challenge me everyday with their innovative workouts...they motivate me everyday by setting high expectations for me & provide me with the support I need to meet my goals & exceed their expectations. They are extremely knowledgeable & experienced & they know exactly what I CAN do and CAN accomplish. Every workout is new, fun & effective!! Do you ever get angry at your trainer? I get angry at them all the time!! At least once a day.. What's the biggest hurdle you had to overcome to train consistently? Questioning my ability to do certain exercises & scheduling.

When did you start working out? Maybe about 8 years ago but I took it serious the last 3 years
Why do you workout/what motivates you to work out? I want to stay healthy & fit, motivate other women & teens on a fit lifestyle . If I can be a role model for one person, I am completely satisfied. Motivating others motivates me to keep pushing at any age.
How often do you workout? 5 days a week

What's your favorite workout? Track (with the exception of conditioning test 😝) & any leg day workout.

How do you find time to workout? I have a flex schedule but I try to train in the morning right after the last child is in school. I have to include workout in my schedule like it’s an everyday appointment.
Biggest fear you had about training before you started? I didn’t really have any fear. I like to be challenged & be pushed to limit.

What's your favorite thing about exercising regularly? I love the energy it gives me & I don’t have to feel guilty when I eat.

Favorite Pre Workout meal? I usually try to have a small bowl of oatmeal (especially on track days), frozen waffle, or a banana.
Favorite Post Workout meal? Usually it’s eggs, sausages or turkey bacon, oatmeal & plantains.

Do you follow a strict diet? Nope, never
Favorite cheat meal? Well I’ll only list a few lol ....Cakes, almost anything chocolate , Fried Chicken..... Why do you enjoy training with Workoutkings? They are just some of the best trainers I’ve ever met. I love that they have so many different types of training that challenges me & my body. I’ve been training for a while & they always introduce something different. Not only do they train but they also provide recovery. The minute you say “ouch” they are right there, concerned & ready to provide aid.

Did You Train During Your Pregnancy? I actually only worked out with my last pregnancy up until I was 8 1/2 months.

If So Did This Help Your Pregnancy, If So How? I think it made my delivery easier and I was able to jump right back into working out within 6weeks postpartum
