Over the last 2.5 years I’ve put on a lot of weight. A lot of muscle and a lot of body fat, it served me to do what I wanted to do (compete as a powerlifter). Now it’s time to get back to a more lean physique. I started shredding body fat about 5-6 weeks ago and have dropped over 6kgs so far. This is me currently three weeks apart from each other with over a 1kg drop in each photo. Loosing weight is a slow process but you can speed up the process if you know what you are doing. Here’s a few tips: Track your food (this is the biggest), eat in a deficit (basically eat less than what you burn), keep weight training frequency high (do more days per week), make sure the weights go up every week (progressively overload the body), ensure your step count is high (when dieting you subconsciously move less), add in some cardio when necessary.
