I think if you have a problem with a female in her underwear, that the issue lies with you rather than her. If you believe that a woman showing her form is a cry for attention, I think you need to re-evaluate what has taught you to believe that. I think if you believe a woman showing her body or being proud of her bum, tummy, boobs, arms, legs shows a lack of morals then I really wonder why you think that. I wonder if you have considered what has taught you to believe women need to be modest about their own physicality. When you judge a woman and use a derogatory word based on her openness to show her form, be proud of her physique or love herself then I believe you are part of the problem. I honestly do. Self respect has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with how much skin you show. NOTHING. 💜

Similar pose->year later! The year of GAINS!! 💪🏼💪🏼 BULKING! I get the most questions about this since I've been bulking for over a year now! So I thought I'd put together some of my favourite tips I've learned along the way! 🙂😛
1️⃣Finding the bulking calories perfect for you comes all from experimenting! You're going to want to find your maintenance calories (where your body doesn't gain or lose weight) and bump your calories up from there. I started with a 100calorie surplus and slowly worked my way up to about a 1000calorie surplus for most of the year.
2️⃣How to get in that many calories? Seeming impossible? adjust slowly!! At the start I'd be sick from all the food I was putting in, so go slowly! Ease your way up to the total calories you'd like to be consuming. Your body needs to get used to the change!! CALORIE DENSE FOODS make it 1000x easier! Foods such as peanut butter, oils, avocado, oils, oatmeal... all are foods that will help get calories in easier! And eat often instead of shovelling it all in at one or two sittings.
3️⃣CARDIO?? I stopped doing cardio completely in order to focus on letting my muscles properly recovery and grow from my training. As for training I was lifting 8-12reps (hypertrophy) for every lift, working on increasing the weight I was using every couple of weeks.
