Думаю, ты догадываешься по фото, какие цели на лето я уже выполнил. В пятницу была тренировка. Попробовал сделать подтягивания и отжимания на брусьях на разы. Вначале размялся без веса. Потом накидывал по пять кг, пока не уперся в потолок. В итоге я сделал 1 подтягивание с 24 кг и 1 отжимания на брусьях с 30 кг. На брусьях сделал бы с большим весом, если были еще блины, чтоб повесить😅 Так что теперь нужно искать гирю килограмм на 16.
Сегодня буду продолжать работу над выходами и отжиманиями на одной. Там и там надо развивать взрывную силу, чтобы на простые повторения уходило меньше энергии. А за счет этого увеличится количество повторений🔥
