Saturday morning therapy session โœ” โ€ข
This past week was super rough and I checked out from most things ๐Ÿ˜ฅ I felt emotionally all over the place and just couldn't cope. By Thursday I was stuck on the couch lost in depression with no desire to do anything I normally do.

I never know when depression will hit. The combination of stress, hormones and mom life added up to be too much this week and I shut down. Luckily I woke up feeling a bit better yesterday, forced myself to get dressed and out of the house. And it helped get me back toward a normal routine, which usually helps me a ton!

When you are in the thick of it, things can seem hopeless. But there are always positive ways to help yourself through to the other side. Self care, being forgiving with yourself and reaching out to those who know you best really go a long way for depression. Keep fighting and keep doing things to move past the feelings trying to take over.

Post workout selfie ๐Ÿคณ๐Ÿป or it didn't happen. I didn't get home till 9:30 after work and I still had to get that workout in because I made a promise to myself I would not skip ๐Ÿ™…๐Ÿป a workout. So here I am living it up on this Friday night sweating it out followed by eating the biggest salad ๐Ÿฅ— in bed with Netflix ๐Ÿ’ป. ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Never exceed your own expectations, always want more, always better, never stop the grind.... so guys I've been super invested in cheerleading and the dieting has been extremely hard to keep up with, although I've still been doing the best I can .... so I just thought I'd post a pic from of few months back when I was way more consistent with meals & nutrition etc. sometimes life happens and you have to make sacrifices for what's important right here and now. Ive still come a long way in my fitness journey. Death by fasted cardio ๐Ÿ’ฆ๐Ÿ”ฅ working out when it feels like summer outside kicked my ass even more. But I was able to kick ass at moves that were hard for me to do before like those damn tuck jumps. At the end of my 30 minutes I was all glistening ๐Ÿ’ฆ.

This was Sat challenge. Hitting 12". These terrified me. When I saw them on my workout plan I instantly got nervous. What if I fall? What if I crack my shins? What if I look stupid? Every doubt I could possibly think of ran through my mind. But what if I could do it? What if I took this challenge head first? I started at 8"... two weeks ago. I'm now at 12". Box ๐Ÿ“ฆ jumps got nothing on me!!! Our biggest challenges are with our own mind. It's not the activity at all. Our head sets our limits. Remember to assume you can until you can't.

Happy Rest day!! Do t actually love rest day and with the stressful last couple of weeks could use some workout therapy. But I understand the importance of rest.

Good lord I am glad I pressed play after being lazy af. I came home at like almost 1:30 this morning and didn't sleep that great so I was pretty much a zombie today ๐Ÿ˜ด. Got out and ran a few errands to wake me up. Came home and was like "meh, what workout would make me excited and fun to do?" And every time it always circles back to weight lifting ๐Ÿ‹ . So thankful for #BOD because it has over 400 workouts to choose from I never get bored it's basically the Netflix of workouts ๐Ÿ’ป that I can stream from my laptop. Now I feel accomplished and proud I told those excuses to shut it and got it done. ๐Ÿ’ฆ ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป ๐Ÿค—

Woke up feeling extra lean. So I decided since it's been a bit since I took measurements I thought I'd do that. Since I don't own a scale they always bummed me out. I rely on how I feel in my skin and clothes along with measurements. AND OMGAWD! .
I am down 3 inches in each thigh
-4 inches in my hips
-2 inches on my waist -5 inches under my belly button (that's always been a pesky area for me to loose.
That brings it to I lost 14 FREAKING INCHES ๐Ÿ˜ง๐Ÿ˜ฎ๐Ÿ˜ณ. In 3 weeks I am at a loss for words I had to take these two times to make sure it was correct. I want to dance ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿป around and smile. I am getting me back! ๐Ÿ’•All because I put myself first dedicated to daily 30 minute workouts, color coded meal plan full of clean Whole Foods, daily chocolate superfoods. Being a part of a rad continuity always pumping each other up and keeping each other accountable.
I am hosting a challenge group getting ready for summer you should join it starts April 3rd. ๐Ÿ‘™I will teach you my ways and be there doing it with you the whole time. ๐Ÿ˜˜
