Never exceed your own expectations, always want more, always better, never stop the grind.... so guys I've been super invested in cheerleading and the dieting has been extremely hard to keep up with, although I've still been doing the best I can .... so I just thought I'd post a pic from of few months back when I was way more consistent with meals & nutrition etc. sometimes life happens and you have to make sacrifices for what's important right here and now. Ive still come a long way in my fitness journey. Post workout selfie 🤳🏻 or it didn't happen. I didn't get home till 9:30 after work and I still had to get that workout in because I made a promise to myself I would not skip 🙅🏻 a workout. So here I am living it up on this Friday night sweating it out followed by eating the biggest salad 🥗 in bed with Netflix 💻. 💦💪🏻

Death by fasted cardio 💦🔥 working out when it feels like summer outside kicked my ass even more. But I was able to kick ass at moves that were hard for me to do before like those damn tuck jumps. At the end of my 30 minutes I was all glistening 💦.

This was Sat challenge. Hitting 12". These terrified me. When I saw them on my workout plan I instantly got nervous. What if I fall? What if I crack my shins? What if I look stupid? Every doubt I could possibly think of ran through my mind. But what if I could do it? What if I took this challenge head first? I started at 8"... two weeks ago. I'm now at 12". Box 📦 jumps got nothing on me!!! Our biggest challenges are with our own mind. It's not the activity at all. Our head sets our limits. Remember to assume you can until you can't.

Happy Rest day!! Do t actually love rest day and with the stressful last couple of weeks could use some workout therapy. But I understand the importance of rest.

Good lord I am glad I pressed play after being lazy af. I came home at like almost 1:30 this morning and didn't sleep that great so I was pretty much a zombie today 😴. Got out and ran a few errands to wake me up. Came home and was like "meh, what workout would make me excited and fun to do?" And every time it always circles back to weight lifting 🏋 . So thankful for #BOD because it has over 400 workouts to choose from I never get bored it's basically the Netflix of workouts 💻 that I can stream from my laptop. Now I feel accomplished and proud I told those excuses to shut it and got it done. 💦 💪🏻 🤗

🙅🏻No missing workouts over here being proactive and doing tomorrow's workout today (my rest day). Because tomorrow is a long work day and I know from previous opening show days I come home and usually pass out early 😴. Instead of just skipping it all together I did it today. Now to shower and go get my hair did and pamper myself. 💁🏻💇🏻💆🏻

Woke up feeling extra lean. So I decided since it's been a bit since I took measurements I thought I'd do that. Since I don't own a scale they always bummed me out. I rely on how I feel in my skin and clothes along with measurements. AND OMGAWD! .
I am down 3 inches in each thigh
-4 inches in my hips
-2 inches on my waist -5 inches under my belly button (that's always been a pesky area for me to loose.
That brings it to I lost 14 FREAKING INCHES 😧😮😳. In 3 weeks I am at a loss for words I had to take these two times to make sure it was correct. I want to dance 💃🏻 around and smile. I am getting me back! 💕All because I put myself first dedicated to daily 30 minute workouts, color coded meal plan full of clean Whole Foods, daily chocolate superfoods. Being a part of a rad continuity always pumping each other up and keeping each other accountable.
I am hosting a challenge group getting ready for summer you should join it starts April 3rd. 👙I will teach you my ways and be there doing it with you the whole time. 😘

This girl right here just crushed doubles. Took me a hot minute after I got home from work to get motivated. Once I got moving and the sweat was coming I was in the zone. 💦💦
Mondays are a love/hate relationship with workouts for some reason they're harder for me but it sets my intentions for the week ahead and I've got goals! 🏆

I wish I could give the girl on the left a big hug 💕 and tell her everything is going to be ok. When I look at that photo I remember being so unhappy with myself and how I felt in my skin, never liking who I saw in the mirror I always felt like it wasn't me I wasn't living up to my best self. Back then I didn't know how to eat healthy I thought I did with trying everything from diet pills to slim fast. 🤢but I couldn't ever loose more then 5 lbs then I would get frustrated and eat my feelings and gain even more back. At my heaviest in this photo on the left I was about 190. I hated getting dressed every day I never wore jeans because they just never fit me right I wore leggings and big shirts with layers most days or loose fitting dresses. Then one day when I used to work at Macys my fellow co worker was talking about how she was a health coach and doing these groups. I already knew a little bit about the at home workouts because my mom had purchased the DVDs and loved them plus I was SO desperate I would try anything I loved the accountability of the groups and becoming a coach.And to FINALLY loose this weight and find myself again. I couldn't wait to get home and message her to sign up as a coach and join the community. This plan is seriously full proof you guys get 30 min daily workouts, portion control meal plan, me as your free coach to lead you and help you along the way, daily chocolatey chocolate 🍫 superfoods that have helped with cravings and especially helpful during lady time so I don't eat all of the things. A rad ass community of babes 👯doing this whole fitness thing together it's pretty awesome And the best damn decision I've ever made. I'm putting together my next challenge group that will be starting Monday March 27th so come join me it will be loads of fun. DM me And I'll send you a message with all the info! 😘😘

Working out has become my therapy when I need to just sweat out those emotions instead of eating them. Today I was at target and I walked into the Easter candy aisle I saw those magical chocolate covered candy eggs grabbed a bag then immediately put it back. Because I've got goals and I've been good even if it's just been the past 2 days of being 100% on track its doing that consistently with a treat here and there that will get me results. Because summer is just right around the corner. 👙🍑☀️ And I'll be in New Orleans in July with my coach friends 👯 so I want to look and feel my best. Who wants to get in shape for summer with me? It'll be fun doing it together.

I can definitely relate to that. I know in the past I used to make excuses all the time with my fitness. -I don't have time -I'm tired
-I just want to do nothing and cuddle with my pup.

I remembered that little voice inside of me that said I was going full force and not skipping workouts and finishing this and DAMMIT I am gonna do it. I slept like a log last night and went balls to the wall (that is the weirdest saying by the way) with my work out. I ended up doing my scheduled MMA workout 🥊 + some weights 🏋🏻‍♀️💪🏻finishing off with some 10 min abs. I was dripping sweat 💦 and it felt amazing those endorphins don't suck y'all. .

So remember you can do ANYTHING you put your mind to.

This program feels like it's flying by I am on day 10/30 💪🏻 definitely feeling all that core work I did today that's going to feel good in the morning. In other news can we talk about how exciting it is that it's light out longer. I love getting off work and it still being light out oh and warm enough to not wear a coat. ☀️🙌🏻 I forgot what sun feels like especially after that insane snow and winter we've had.
