We love to feel sorry about the shit that happens to us. I’ve been one of those... but I’m not felling sorry for myself anymore. That red flush after working out is pretty normal. Make sure you cleanse your face or give it a good wipe with cleansing water after your workout. Follow with your normal skincare routine afterwards + Mist to calm and cool down. 🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞🐞
Also some points worth noting👇🏻👇🏻
1)Do your best not to touch your face during your workout.
2)Pull your strands back to avoid any hair products you used that day dripping down onto your face or neck, clogging pores and causing breakouts
3)Go makeup free when you’re working out. I think you can afford to look au-naturel for a bit😁
4)Never leave home without sunblock especially if you’re heading outdoors for your workout.
5)If you do not have excess to a bath right away, at least change out those sweaty clothes to avoid bacteria buildup

• Habits easily get distracted • Today I should have restarted my marathon program. Only a month to go to start! After a week of rest after my 70.3, it suddenly felt hard to go back and I did not manage to squeeze it in. Pretty interesting that you can get out of a habit so quickly!! I wonder what it tells me..? 🤔😜 Then suddenly I needed to leave for a work meeting in the city and whoops, no training took place! I will see if I can manage to get it in later tonight, but otherwise there is always a new day and a new start tomorrow! 😂✨💥#triathlonanna .

Work out or exercise anywhere, even if you're on vacation or on the beach. Long periods without exercise breaks the good habit and makes it more difficult to start again. During my recent trip to @clubparadisepalawan, I was able to hit their gym twice. When booking hotels or resorts, always check out as well if they have fitness centers you can use, and if the hotel that you chose does not, then bring resistance bands with you and some shoes so you can jog or do body weight HIITs.
