We had a busy weekend, but I still fit in workouts on Saturday and Sunday 🏃🏻‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️ Wk3/D1 chest & tris 50/50 - making progress!! I increased my weights to the highest ever 💪🏻🔥💪🏻🔥 Still trying to do. even 1 tricep pushup, but they are super-hard!

Starting WEEK 8 Y’all! Not to brag or boast, but I am so proud of myself. I’ve started SO many workout programs and never completed them. I would start off being consistent and excited, then life would happen.

This getting up early thing is going to get real tough when I go back to work next week.😭 BUT, I made a promise to myself and I’m keeping it.
.
Will there be some mornings I’m going to sleep a little longer and not workout? YES, of course, but I will workout each day as my “trainer” has scheduled. I’ll just have to make time in the evening. This alone is motivation for me.
.
It’s Monday and a new week for you to keep promises to yourself. Time for coffee, morning devotional, personal development, and snuggles.
