Every day you have choices to make. From the moment you open your eyes in the morning, you start making choices. Do I wake up, or keep snoozing 💤, what outfit should I wear today 👗, what should I eat for breakfast 🍎, should I workout today 💪🏻, should I take the stairs or the elevator 🤔... and the list goes on and on throughout the day.
Those choices may seem small at the time. But it's those small daily choices that you make every single day that compound overtime to make a difference in your life.
I am on Day 11 of PiYo, and I am already feeling way less fluffy from the vacation plus 3 weeks after vacation bloat I allowed myself to keep. But I make choices every single day to push play on my workout, and make healthier choices with my nutrition (which is still FAR from perfect!) But I know that it's the little choices I make every single day that add up to give me the results that I want.
You can do this to! Next time the opportunity arises, make the healthy choice. And each time you do that, you get one step closer to being a better version of yourself.
