Almost 3 months ago I broke my foot and it was a major set back. I had lost almost 20 pounds and wasn't able to go to the gym. I gained 12 pounds and felt horrible. I started back the beginning of this month and as of last week lost 7 pounds. Fast forward to today, and take off 3 more pounds. It's a struggle to eat better, and it's a struggle to find the motivation to go to the gym. But I'll be damned if taking 10 pounds off in a month isn't some golden motivation!
