We all have days where it feels like we take one step forward and two steps back. For me that was yesterday.
I woke up with good intentions and from there they slowly faded. I got up and tried to workout...got most of it in!! 😊 No matter how hard I tried I just had no energy, so I cut my workout short.
The rest of the day I was just feeling off. I ended up eating two!! Not one but TWO candy bars for breakfast, managed to get in a healthy lunch and ate pizza with ranch all over it for dinner with a coke! 🤦♀️ BUT GUESS WHAT?!!! Today is a new day! Today I get a fresh start! Because you know what?! Eating one day of unhealthy food and not working out is OK! Change happens from what we do consistently! Just like one day of eating and working out won't make you fit! IT'S WHAT YOU DO CONSISTENTLY!!
