First handstand on parallettes. This is very exciting for me as I have been able to do handstands and walking on my hands but never tried on parallette bars before. Excited to play around with these more!

Tuesdayโ€™s are my favorite because I love checking in with my clients and seeing how they have been doing this last week. How they are progressing both physically and mentally.
This month I have such a combo of different amazing ladies. All with such different goals in mind. I love it! I love creating workouts for the variety of goals. I love working with such different personalities and attitudes. Itโ€™s been one of my favorite parts of being a Online Personal Trainer is really getting to know these ladies. Not only that though building this connection beyond work but feeling like these ladies are truly my friends.
I love the determination and spirit of my clients.
