Well stop right now!!! Skipping your workouts has nothing to do with motivation. It has to do with self discipline. If I waited to feel motivated in order to workout I would be skipping months at a time 🤷🏼♀️... but why don't I never skip that much? It all comes down to discipline. I don't ask myself if I want to or not. I know I have goals, I know being active is a crucial part of my life so I make it happen. Self discipline is making yourself do something that you don't want to do (even if it feels very uncomfortable) if it will get you closer to being a better you, you push through. Self discipline is earned. It's a choice you have to make every single day. And in time it all starts to feel much more comfortable, but you need to be disciplined to push past the stages of uncomfortableness and ignore those feelings of giving up. If you want really want to reach a goal, start focusing on being self disciplined over anything else!
