Standing alternating DB curl – dipping into the 4 to 6 rep range while maintaining good form!
Biggest issue I see people do on these, which keeps them from putting 100% into this exercise, is elbow placement! Watch anybody who has "genetically inferior" biceps, and watch how they curl! I guarantee you 9 times out of 10 as they go through the movement, their elbow is slightly behind their shoulder! This is terrible for bicep development! At least that is what helped me! If you don't like this tip, don't do it. Pretty simple 👌
Focus on keeping your elbow slightly out in front of your shoulder at all times! This mimics having a preacher bench behind your tricep! This is going to give you the biggest bang for your buck during bicep exercises
