Pre-styling. Or staining. Or even sweeping the porch (hey, I’m just as checked out this week as you are 🤷♀️). But after dragging almost an entire cedar tree back with me from K’s family home, we now have a place to put our firewood that won’t trip us. Just 3 sticks of lumber. We’ll probably make a bigger one for the back yard eventually, but this thing can hold quite a lot without taking up much room! Free plans posting very soon to the blog. And stylist friends: should I prop up one end slightly for photos? The porch slab has a slight slope (totally normal) but it makes the firewood rack look like I didn’t think about that before building it perfectly level (😜). How do I balance that? Would you bother?
