Today’s Shoulder #Y3T session kicked off with a superset of Seated DB Shoulder Presses superset with Seated Front Raises. Went as heavy as I could, considering the goal was 3 sets of 20-25 reps PER exercise while maintaining control and as form as perfect as I could. There is absolutely a place for “lighter weights”, higher reps, and controlled tempos while having the goal of building muscle. Keep in mind that the weight you’re using doesn’t mean 💩 if your execution is 💩. There’s no attempt at reinventing the wheel or proclamation that I’ve got the next big thing in fitness, just applying and executing what I’ve picked up from different sources I’ve closely studied over the years.
