Friday share....Friday Fitness!
I know SO many of you can relate.
As the kids get older, as our businesses grow, as life gets busier, we tend to put certain things on the back burner.
For me, these past couple years, that has been my workouts.
But I have decided, from now on, I am going to carve out time, everyday, just for me....for my sanity and, more importantly, for my health!
@cherisematthews you inspired me with your post the other day. So today I hit the steps!
It wasn't easy. But thank goodness 50% of the time I was going down and had an ocean view!
