👉🏻HOW DO I STAY MOTIVATED ✨when I started going to the gym I noticed immediately how good it made me feel. ✨moving heavy weight empowered me, and it forced me to teach myself that I am capable of more than I think. I can literally do anything, if I put my mind to it. ✨the gym quickly became an outlet for my stress and a major confidence booster. I suddenly realized that I feel the most at home, at peace, and happy in a gym. ✨I go to the gym because I have fallen in love with the process, and making choices to better myself every day. ✨when I see pictures like this it makes me realize that the hard work, hours, and dedication I put in to better myself does have results, and I still have a long way to go.
✨I’m not saying the gym should be your therapy like it is mine, but I do challenge you to find that makes you feel happy and at peace. Whatever that outlet is: make it a priority. This life is about YOU my dear, make time for the things you love💪🏻
