Had to step in for a few... it has been a looooong day! I'm literally fueled off of NRG because i didn't get no sleep little one is not feeling well and mommy has to continue to grind. And i have to take care of big baby too (my husband) lol.

👉🏻HOW DO I STAY MOTIVATED ✨when I started going to the gym I noticed immediately how good it made me feel. ✨moving heavy weight empowered me, and it forced me to teach myself that I am capable of more than I think. I can literally do anything, if I put my mind to it. ✨the gym quickly became an outlet for my stress and a major confidence booster. I suddenly realized that I feel the most at home, at peace, and happy in a gym. ✨I go to the gym because I have fallen in love with the process, and making choices to better myself every day. ✨when I see pictures like this it makes me realize that the hard work, hours, and dedication I put in to better myself does have results, and I still have a long way to go.
✨I’m not saying the gym should be your therapy like it is mine, but I do challenge you to find that makes you feel happy and at peace. Whatever that outlet is: make it a priority. This life is about YOU my dear, make time for the things you love💪🏻

Just over a years difference. I didn’t really feel like I was getting anywhere, we are often blind to our own progress, but thank goodness for the ability to compare photos. Since having the girls five years ago, I simply wanted to be super fit and do killer workouts. But in the last year, I️ got really focused with my goals and therefore also with the purpose of my workouts. And boom! Heading in the right direction. Sometimes women who have recently given birth or are pregnant, find the transition tough with what to do for exercise. What can you do? What can't you do? What feels good? What doesn't? It can be reaaally frustrating to find out your usual fitness routine doesn't cut the doctors orders, or it just doesn't feel good on your body at this stage. But that certainly doesn't mean you should stop exercising! It just means you need to take the time to figure out what does feel good, what you do enjoy doing and making sure it's safe. Ask us for specific pre and postnatal modifications, and you can be pulsing away at the barre almost through your whole preganancy, and as soon as 6 weeks after giving birth. x #oursociety
