Alright, here goes nothing...
Thanks to my wonderful friend @hikerbell, I'm starting a 30 Day Squat Challenge! Except, I'm taking it to another level. I've got 30-something days until #RnRSD and I REFUSE to walk it like the last. I will not PR, but I will do what I'm truly capable of. The problem? I'm COMPLETELY out of shape. And not an ounce of healthy. •
Just because I'm "skinny" does NOT mean I am fit OR healthy. Trust me. So, along with this 30 Day Challenge, I'm incorporating easy workouts with increasing reps, as well as a couple of runs a week with increasing time instead of miles. •
This will also come with better diet choices (though I'm weak and will throw in good beer and food) and a general change in schedule. It's not going to be easy. But it IS going to be worth it. I'm gonna mess up. I'm gonna hurt. But I'm excited to get back into things that mean a lot to me. ❤️
