Kiddos should be your reason not your excuse and since they thrive off is schedule it can help you stay on track too. Berkeley is my daily workout buddy. She wakes, I feed her, then I sweat for 30 minutes while she does tummy time. I can then move on with my day knowing that I have myself that time to challenge, nourish, and strengthen my body and mind.
