When spending your days working with private and travelling chefs around the world, it’s hard not to feel the urge to get into the kitchen and create.
The chefs who share their work daily via @highendchefs Are a true inspiration... and I am often humbled to be able to promote their art and creations across all High End Chefs social channels on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter... as well as my own personal profiles and channels.
The sense of community and camaraderie in this industry is quite unique and never wanes.
Feeling grateful today that my parents embraced and supported my passion for cooking and travel.
Cooking and expert knowledge of food and drink are required skills in any country.
The language of taste is universal.
What better way to explore the world than this... through the markets, the agriculture, the vineyards and the artisans!
I would 100% continue to recommend this as a way to travel... whilst being able to build a business or career. .

Polenta tacos. Chickpea cumin aubergine, squash walnut smoked paprika, pea endive, pea purée, macadamia ‘sour cream’, salsa.
